Protein Balls with Spiced Chai
Ingredients

2 cups soft dates, pit removed

1 1/2 cup cashews or blanched almonds

1 scoop protein powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

pinch of ground cardamom

pinch of ground cloves

pinch of flake sea salt
Procedure

Place the nuts and spices into a food processor and pulse into a fine powder.

Add the soft dates and pulse for another 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is clumping together in the processor. Add the protein powder and flake sea salt and pulse until combined.

Roll the mixture into equal-sized balls and serve right away or store in an airtight container.
