How to properly brew white tea
White tea is quite rare and therefore quite expensive when compared to other types of tea. The tender buds of the Camellia Sinesis is hand picked before the sun rises and carefully placed in silk pouches to shield the buds from direct sunlight. Prior to drying, buds are hand rolled creating its unique shape. The buds are then slowly dried in the shade by a master teamaker. Buds are dried in the shade to prevent oxidation and retain antioxidants.

I love the aroma of the Silver Tip White tea the moment I open the package. I have been drinking a cup almost daily. the flavor is mild compared to the aroma it gives. This tea is lovely. I steeped about a tablespoon of tea to 12oz of water, at 180 degrees fahrenheit for 3 minutes, and enjoyed. I will buy this again when I’m out. The amount I bought should last through the winter. :)
