How to Make Orange Marmalade Yogurt Parfaits with Za'atar Seasoning

Ingredients
For the Yogurt Parfait:
- 4 cups greek yogurt
- 2 cups bitter orange marmalade
- Granola, optional
- Any fresh or frozen fruits, optional
- 4 tsp za’atar (see ingredients below for homemade Za'atar)
For Za’atar:
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp sumac powder
- pinch of cumin powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Start by adding 1/2 cup of greek yogurt to a glass or jar; on top, layer 1/4 cup of orange marmalade; sprinkle homemade za’atar on top, and repeat the process one more time.
- Garnish with granola and fresh fruit on top and serve right away.
