Flatbread Black Truffle Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (naan works beautifully)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh black truffle (grated and sliced)
  • ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons white truffle oil
  • Fresh thyme, chopped

Procedure
