I thought all cinnamon was the same!
This was interesting. I decided to give Ceylon cinnamon a try and ordered a 12 ounce package. It arrived quickly and when I got it I was pleasantly surprised by it. If I had to pick one word to describe it I would say that word is “subtle”. I’ve been putting it in oatmeal, smoothies, pancakes, and on toast (so far). Very pleased. I’m sure I’ll be getting more, and the price is right!
